The Twin City Riders are a group of gay motorcycle riders living in the Minneapolis / St. Paul metropolitan area, outstate Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, and both North & South Dakota. 

It doesn't matter who you are or what you ride.  What does matter is that you share the common bond of being a member or supporter of the GLBT community and possess a passion for riding motorcycles.

The mission of our group is to build friendship and camaraderie through group motorcycle rides. The sole purpose of this site is to introduce us to more people to serve as a 'stepping stone' to get to our main Yahoo group and therefore expand our membership. 

All members are encouraged to join us for our weekly ride every Sunday afternoon, weather permitting, April through November. We meet at 10:00am at the Mpls Eagle, in downtown Minneapolis for breakfast, decide where to ride, and leave at 11am SHARP!  When we return is dependent on where we ride and the weather.  You are NOT obligated to do the entire ride, just turn around when you want (make sure you know the way back). 

We ALWAYS have fun!  Join us for an afternoon of riding with fellow area GBLT bikers! ALL riders and bikes are welcome.

In addition to our weekly Sunday rides, and an occasional additional Saturday ride here and there, we plan to go on some fun weekend trips again in the 2010 riding season:

- June: Our annual ride in the Twin Cities Pride Parade

- July (last weekend): Our annual weekend run to Rainbow Valley Resort in Wisconsin Dells for a
   weekend of riding and fun with gay bikers from Milwaukee and Chicago.

- Labor Day: Our annual run to Twin Ports Pride in Duluth-Superior.

If you love motorcycles and enjoy the feel of an engine reving between your legs and the wind blowing through your hair (or over your scalp) then this is the group for you!
